Title: Undercover Mouse
Post by: Maddiesmum on May 12, 2008, 09:25:35 AM
Ordered one online for Charlie and it arrived this morning.  He loves it, he has played non stop for the last half hour and isn't showing any signs of losing interest.  Nice thing about it is I have set it up in the garden.

Well he played with it non stop for 45 mins and then had a rest and then came in crying for me to switch it on again.  Played another half an hour or so, rested and wanted it back on again.  Money well spent as it is teaching him to play by himself.

Has anyone tried the Panic Mouse 360 toy? Is it as good as the undercover mouse?

I haven't got the 360, just the regular and it's a 5 minute wonder. I think the undercover one looks more fun for them as they seem to prefer hidden moving objects (like feet  :evillaugh: ) also, mine go mad when I put my hand under the bannister and they get glimpses - really gets them going  :evillaugh:

I dont have the 360 but like Mark have the standard one.  Same thing really five minute wonder.  Undercover Mouse however is still entertaining Charlie and he usually gets bored very quickly

I think that's the right choice judging by Charlie's reaction to it!  He has run the batteries down he has played with it so much

can they get under it? because if they can, my Max will. He's a rabbit like burrower, so the toy wouldn't work.

That's exactly what I wondered but it looks great so I'm gonna give it a try  :evillaugh:

Thanks for the tip  :briggin:

Yes they can get under the yellow cover and it stops for a while but starts again when they let go

This looks great for my Charley as he loves to pounce on anything that moves (usually poor old man Henry). However need to ask stupid question, does it make a noise? We got a wind up mouse but he's terrified of the buzzing sound it makes.

It does make a little noise but nothing too scarey just a sort of light whirring sound.  My Charlie has been having fun with it again this morning in the garden
