Title: Cats chewing off claw husks
Post by: Mark on April 30, 2008, 19:40:23 PM
None of the others do it but part of Alice's afternoon routine is After a long, fuss, sitting on me, she gives herself a clean and then starts chewing the husks off her claws  - it really sets my teeth on edge as she pulls really hard  - We used to have another cat that did this but I had forgotten all about it.

Ahh, Parsley used to do that. I think she got impatient with how long some of them took to come off - makes a horrible noise if I remember rightly.

Jaffa does it too.  Not the most pleasant activity to listen to/watch!!

Max does that as well, we always tell him off for 'eating his feet'  :evillaugh:

He always tends to do when he's curled up next to you and comfy, then he starts and it sets my teeth on edge too  :evillaugh:
