Title: Gizzy RIP an old solider who had elipesy most of his life!

I have just heard from my Bruv that Gizzy their 14 yr old has just been put to sleep. He has suffered from fits for the last so many years and although they were controlled with strong meds and emergency care, he has one last week and one this morning.. They were getting more frequent and when i saw him only on Sunday he has lost weight and muscle in his back legs. He has been on steroids for the last few years and his whole life revolved round food.. Although he could go to loo okay he generally found it hard to walk around.

We knew he was on borrowed time... but still they spent alot of money and vets bills on  him the last so many years. Many owners would of given up eariler. But it was just a matter of time and if he fitted while out side and no vet care he probably wouldnt of made it..

RIP Gizzy. Jesiri will miss you, as we all will
