Just seen this one too !!! :censored:

BUT
I rang the women and we had a really good chat, She isnt a bad person or an unloving owner, just uneducated when it comes to cats!
I told her all about FIV and FeLV, we chatted about the probelms pregnancy can bring and reassured her that it wont hurt her cat to be spayed (which was her main worry)
She actually thanked me for ringing !! (i was expecting to be told to F off lol)
So fingers crossed this little one wont be having a litter !!!

Seems like i am really on a mision at the moment lol

Hopefuly you have managed to educate this lady and it turn she will be able to pass this new knowledge onto others.

And rightly so, whenever I see an advert for kittens I always ring and ask if they would like a voucher for mum to be spayed and explain the reasons. I also ask if I can send advice sheets to give out with the kittens . Once I was told to almost F off and advised that the caller always found loving homes. Anyway a few weeks later we took a kitten in from a family after it had been thrown against a wall. To cut a long story short I found out where the kitten came from and guess what? It was from the woman who always found good homes for her kittens. Of course I did not take great delight (I lie) in ringing her and advising her that we had taken in a kitten that she homed as it had been treated cruelly.

well done furbaby star good to think that perhaps collectivly we can change the way people view the responsibility of having a pet.
