i did Sam but couldnt find a CP that covered the areas i had listed

Its all sorted now, I send the CP main number.
It was a women who had been feeding a stray, it has turned up today with a terrible cut on his head - she was going to ring RSPCA but i managed to stop her !!
The women is going to buy a cat basket and take it to the vets and then see what happens after that
