One of my fosters who iv had for 10months passed a large amount of blood in his urine today :(
He's having bladder x-rays and his urine checked for crystals.
Last Thursday he had a slight pink tint to his wee and was put on a course of Noroclav, it was gone by the weekend until todays offering.
Fingers crossed he doesnt has FLUTD, hes only a baby :wish:

poor little mite. Hope he is ok. Have you left something with him that smells of you as a comforter ? I always feel a bit silly doing it but I'm always glad that I have the courage to ask lol :-[
I sometimes wonder what I might be missing with my two as they both go out so I never see their No 1's and 2's :)
we all wish him well

Any news, Milly's Mum?

Taz is back home now :Luv:
He has another course of Noroclav and some Cystaid. Metacam if he looks uncomfortable.
His x-rays were clear but the vet could see small crystals under the microscope, so some samples have been sent off for further analysis.
When the results are back i find out if he's going to need urinary food.

So glad he is now home and on the mend, sort of think he has chosen his forever home and sorta likes the human slave!

The hope the tests are favourable for the little guy.

Fingers crossed for the test results.

I should get the results on Wednesday.
As she could see small crystals under the microscope, he will need food to dissolve them? I dont know much about bladders! She said the main thing was to keep him comfy until Weds.
