So - I go into PAH today to buy some Natural Harvest for Toby to try and was very disappointed. Oh they had it alright but there was so much more room given for dog food than cat food. Cat food had only a little corner while dog food had about 50% of the store.
Why do they do that? Sulk.

dog food comes in bigger bags ...

what about the wet food though. the amount of doggie wet food compared to kitty was a little annoying.

I noticed the same thing around the shops here too. Always dog first... heck the pet shop we frequent is named LuckyDOG even if it is a shop for all pets in general!! :shify:
and it's even worse with toys and snacks!! There are arrays of dog toys and dog treats, but selections for cats are bare minimum at the best!! >:(

Yes - noticed that too.
Had greenies for dogs but not cats. Growl. Toby loves his greenies.

Yep, I've noticed the same in PAH - huge area devoted to dog food and much wider range of the wet foods in particular, especially the 'natural' diets, in fact I commented on it to one of the staff and she said lots of people had said the same thing.

Might have something to do with dogs eating a lot more than cats ;D

PAH here is useless for cats, its dogs all the way in food , toys , beds .

If it wasn't for PAH dry food and Hill's offers, there wouldn't be much point going there. The wet food is really expensive if not on offer.
