Suddenly lots of kitties coming out of the woodwork...
Want to go visit them to choose...but need to get a homecheck done first to see how the land lies at this end.
Is there anyone in the Portsmouth area who'd be willing to do a homecheck for me? Got the number for Portsmouth CP but just thought i'd ask here as well...
It would be a bit unfair to ask the homing centres to come out as they're in Surrey, Canterbury and Brighton! (just as well travelling holds no fear for me ;))
I would be happy to give a small donation to your cats home for your help.
PM me if you can help.

I am a bit tied up with the babies at the moment but I have a friend who works at my old vets who does homechecks for Second Chance Animal Rescue. If you want, I could ask her if she would be willing to come and do one - you would need to ask the relevant rescue what confirmation they would need, does it have to be a registered rescue that provides the check or can it be just a local one man band. Loretta, my friend, is very trustworthy and I would be willing to provide headed paper for the report to be written up on.

The homecheck would need to be suitable for Cats Protection/ Lost Cats Brighton and Kats Kastle rehoming centre in Surrey! I think if we aim for CP level we should be fine. Will contact them and see what they think. Leave it with me...
:thanks: Ruth.

If you are writing about Canterbury CP then a home check from Last Chance is fine by us.. they are not that far from us and we know about them and their work.. Quiet similar to Foal Farm actually.
So fine by us!

It's not Last Chance but Second Chance, based in Southampton.
