Does anyone know where I could get something like this:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Engraved-collar-Pet-ID-Cat-Dog-Name-Tags-Animal-Tag-1_W0QQitemZ270077291641QQihZ017QQcategoryZ66763QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
but smaller from? My cats make a heck of a lot of noise when eating!(Stainless steel bowls and small id barrels.....sounds like a bell ringing session!)

I havent got a clue as i dont use collars (mine all chipped)
But i will keep an eye out for you.
-
I would contact the seller, they may be able to make one to order if you beg enough!
Or you could try places that make keys, they stock different types of tags.
-
Michelle, mine are ID chipped too, I'm just paranoid! Thanks, Millys mum, I'll do that! :)

oh yep i know of a company that does very small ones and they are made of a type of plastic...their fancy boards used to be in vet surgerys..aagghhhh i am trying to think of the name of the company ....i shall keep trying to think

ok this is not the same one i was thinking of but there are the acrylic one for cats in here, i used to have these on my cats and my dogs..still have them somewhere but dont wear collars now, the acrylic were very good.

Same style as the metal ones on EBay, Lynn?
-
no i'll be honest i didnt look at that link, these are normal type but dont clang like the metal ones.

Is the general opinion still that elasticated buckled collars are dangerous? If so, I'd recommend trying KittyCollars personalised collars, which have the name and details on the band itself.
Just Google for the name. I'm afraid I haven't got a link, no pun intended.

Hippykitty, much as I'd love to buy those collars, at £4.99 each, they're a bit expensive when you're a student with 5 cats! (No offence, Marla, I'm sure they're worth it! Two of my cats have a habit of "releasing" their collars randomly, too!) All my cats have the safety release collars,(not the ones with elastic and a buckle)and I like to make sure they have obvious signs of ID on them. :)
