I get updates sent to me from Lidl(sad I know!) and forgot to post about this! Good one, Shinney! :)

They've got those brilliant activity sentres again; last time our local store only got 6!

Are the activity centres any good? I'm looking for something that would last a bunch of manic kittens 13-16 weeks (if it lasted longer that would be an added bonus!)

Brilliant! Would just be for Miss Boopy's babies this summer so Bilbo won't get near it to break it lol. Just don't want to spend a fortune when it will get replaced for each litter. Will check Lidl out next week if I get a chance between all my exams.

Going to check out a stud I love the look of when I go to visit next month and hopefully we'll get her mated to him in April if she calls at the right time (at the mo she's calling rather a lot) but if she doesn't take then we'll try and mate her to him again just before she comes home and if she still isn't pregnant then we'll have to take her back over there in the future and maybe try a different male.

I got a leaflet through my door about this, I'll definately see if I can get some of the toys. Cloud has lost 3 balls in 3 weeks so it'd be good to get some new ones cheaply!

I mentioned this on another thread somewhere - but if anyone sees automatic feeders in Lidl can they let me know?  I found an odd one in a store several months ago and have not been able to find another once since, and I really need 2 with 2 cats.  I have 3 stores I intend to go around next week to see if they have them but I don't live near enough to pop in more than once.  If I don't see one and someone else does I'd be happy to pay postage if someone could pick one up for me.  The one I've got cost £9.99 and look almost identical to this one except they are green.  So if you see one please let me know!

The small scratching post I bought last time they had them in has been a hit with my boys.

If any one is going to pick up the big scratching post for £19.99, be aware that is quiet heavy.  Found this out last time also had fun trying to getting in the back seat,

If any one has dogs, the dogs leads are also good value, as well as the nylon collars.

last time i pick up one big scratching post, 2 litter trays, 1 cat flap, 2 dog leads, 2 collars, cat toys, back on monday to top up on lots of bits.

I don't drive and £20 is quite a bulk of my weekly income so I can't get one of the bigger ones. :( How tall are the scratchposts? My cats won't use the shorter (newer) one I bought, but use a taller one I got from a charity shop!

Do these offers happen at all the lidl stores?

I know there was an art stuff one at end of Nov and picked up some canvases and stuff.

Ooh do you think I have any chance if I pop down on the Monday evening after work???

I wanty anew scratch post - the one the girls have now (the argos one everyone complains about) is now on its last legs!!!

Also, I ordered one of those corner ones for the ransacked hallway (Gerti nibbles/claws the wallpaper!!) from Zooplus and it never came :( I might try and get one of the Lidl ones instead.

Which reminds me I need to email Zooplus about that!!!

I heard cats don't like the smell of Vinegar (confirmed by them moving away from my hands when i'd eaten pringles!) so I thought it would be a good idea to put vinegar on the wallpaper. I ended up stinking like a chip shop

And they STILL do it, but not as much

We also painted one of the rooms red but it just shows up where they scratch now - places I didnt even notice when the walls were white!

Well, its the 15th so I raided Lidl and got the large blue scratching post for the cats.  They seem to like it.  The little ball in the hoop has survived the evening and both have been sitting on it.  They are also fond of the very large box it came in though, so theres no accounting for taste!   :Dont know:
