Ever had to phone a call centre and spend best part of an hour getting thrown from dept to dept?? Exactly what happened to me when I called my bank regarding them taking my last £100 of in charges >:( After 45 mins of arguing and pleading for someone to help sort it out I got so frustrated I burst into to tears. Charley however seeing the outburst took matters into his own hands, pressed the button ending the call and licked my tears. There wasn't even any point in trying to call back as he sat on the phone until he deemed I was fit to make the call again.
How can anyone get sad with cats that love you!!!

Bless him that is so sweet.

Oh Charley thats just so nice, I love it when cats look after you

Awwwww, well done Charley :Luv:

Bank charges do my nut in, but never actually burst into tears tho.
When my Grandad died I was sat there having a moment, Barry looked at me, did his 'bear' impression and ran of sideways!! He is a strange one, but knew what would make me smile, so I agree, they know exactly when we are down.

Well bank charges don't normally but it was a mistake or so I was told by one operator only to be transferred over and over and after a while something snaps. Also dare i say it *that* time(sorry boys).
But it is nice to know that after all our slaving after them they don't just see us a way to be fed.
