Pets at home are also doing 24 x Whiskas tins - 9.99 and 24 x Felix tins 8.49

At a guess I'd say just the adult as I think the 48 pouch packs that are referred to are the adult multi packs.  I've never seen the kitten sold in packs of 48.

I bought the Natures Menu from pets at home and mine love it !!
Only 4 of mine eat wet food and although i got the 48 pouches its nearly all gone LOL
