Some of you may have seen this and be up to speed.
Celia Hammond's relentless work and that of her band of followers and the various other cat charities that are assisting deserve the untold thanks and unreserved appreciation of every cat lover due to their never say die attitude tin rescuing abandoned and lost cats on the vast Olympic site.
It is not easy by any stretch of the imagination and bureaucratic red tape has inevitably hindered the process. Coukld I urge people to:
1. offer some financial support to the cause
2. and Sign her petition?
At the last official count on the web, 186 waifs and strays have been safely trapped and are now being cared for. That is a massive total and there are many more.
I don't know if any of the national charities are actually involved but I would hope they would see fit to financially support Celia on what is a huge task.
Unfortunately, I don't live anywhere near the site to be of practical help but I will offer a donation because this work is as exceptional as it must be exhausting.
I have posted the link:

Gill,
I know but not everyone will have seen them unless they trawl through everything like you. Any new reader may offer Celia some support. I assume that you don't have a problem with that.

Why should I have a problem, dont you like help?

You could read your post as trying to close down any responses on my thread as it has been discussed before and I did.
I will accept that it was intended to be helpful. Thank you.

God you two are like a married couple
I hope they manage to catch more of the cats before the females start giving birth again :(
Will send a donation ;D

Hi Milly's Mum,
Thanks for sending a donation. As for the other point it is better to say No comment as anything else may result in a ban :evillaugh:
