:scared:
i was stroking taz today and i noticed his bottom lip right at the centre was a bit swollen
hes an indoor cat so it cant be anything from outside...hes still eating loads as usual and drinkin as usual and is good in spirit.
it doesnt look overly painful cos he wouldnt eat otherwise.
what do you think it is?or what caused it? and what i should do about it?
help! :(

Could he of scratched it?
Bathe it with cooled boiled water on cotton balls this will keep it clean.

No suggestions but hope he is ok

Is it an actual swelling or just a normal thickening in part of the lower lip ?
if you could take a close up piccy that may be useful.
I have seen many cats with what i think you are describing and its as if its a normal part of them, however if you are concerned or it is some type of lesion then i would always suggest a vet visit.

Could be the start of a rodent ulcer, is he up to date with proper flea treatment? Overgrooming can cause it.
