Did you see the link to the animal CSI in LA as well - that is wonderful  :) - some heartbreaking stories though. I won't go into detail but they proved 2 teenagers had killed a 3 month old pup and they got 10 years each (they should have had the same treatment as the pup I think)

LA seems very enlightened compared to the rest of America.

The statement:

Now that makes me feel even better added to the fact that they will enforce neuterings/spayings.
