Title: had a bad day

for the last few days i kept filling up, well today it came to a head and just before the flood gates opened and i cried and cried, but i do this in privacy as i don't think my son would understand, it was also to do with family but we wont go there---half of them are not worth the bother, anyway i missed my Tiggs, when i was down in the dumps i would always cuddle him and he seemed to understand, the more i thought of him the more i cried, i'm ok now, just wanted to get that out.

Must be something in the stars Chris, I had the sort of day that if someone had been nice to me I would have burst into tears ... Came very close on the train home, but like you, did not want to inflict my feelings on others ...

Will try to have a good cry later ... and get my lovely dog to give me a good cuddle (something he excels at!)

do you want to share, or was it just a case of it all being a bit much? It's horrid when you feel that way and even worse, I imagine, when you have a child around whose feelings have also to be taken into consideration ...  :hug:
