Evey - my five month old unspayed girl - has a habit of biting your hands when you stroke her. It seems to be purely affectionate, as she only bites when she's made it clear she wants petted (brushing her cheek against your hand, not ducking when you go to touch her, etc) and it's not *BITE* so much as *nibble*, but I think she's stronger than she knows so it hurts a bit, not to mention it's pretty slimy, lol.
How can I train her to stop nipping? Lemon juice on my fingers keeps her mouth away, but I can't very well use my computer with lemony hands...

Apparently its a term of affection!

I say 'ouch' and mine stop. Others have tried blowing at them when they do it.
