Dyson as in kitten not hoover :evillaugh: He is a gorgeous ginger Siamese and surprisingly, this one is healthy ;D He's about 5-6 months old and I've christened him Dyson because of the way he is with food ;) He has a complete nutty character and is currently residing in the kids room as I think he's been caged most of the time so needs his freedom. The other night, my youngster came down nursing a red nipple where Dyson for some bizarre reason decided to bite it     He is very loud and talkative but he is utterly gorgeous :Luv2: :Luv2: He acts as if he has ants in his pants and can't keep still for a second and I'm not sure what all the nipping is about but I think he does it to get attention rather than being vindictive..........James said he made a beeline for him yesterday and decided to nip his neck :evillaugh: I will try and get some piccies of him later and post them and I'm hoping he won't be here too long as I know I will fall in love, although I'm kind of in love with him already :sneaky:
-
Where's me piccies?
-
sounds lovely I love them but I'm told they don't get on with bengals
-
I'll sort some piccies out, I've been up to my eyes in :censored: the last few days so haven't had chance ;)
Dawn, I think it would depend on the cat, Becky and Benjy are the most loveable cats I have come across and they will snuggle into anything that is furry and will allow them to. I have to say with this "woman" where they've come from, all the cats are extremely loving and seem to love anything that moves although there is the initial growling etc for a couple of days.
-
He sounds lovely!
Wish I could cat nap him. We have one nippy cat as it is though, especially if you stop petting her.
-
I'd agree but I was turned down a while ago by a breed rescue because of having my Tilly!
-
Is Tilly naughty with other cats?
-
no she loves other cats, she could never live as an only cat but as soon as I said bengal that was it
-
I think that is pretty silly at the end of the day :sneaky: Not all Bengals are naughty with others, and Becky and Benjy are never snuggled up on their own, they usually have another furry if not each other to cuddle up to.
-
A couple of piccies :Luv: :Luv:

Gosh I hate to wonder what folks would say since i've got a Burmese, they are a bit bossy.
I adore Dyson! So very cute...
Look at those ears.
-
He's a handsome little boy :Luv:
Does he remind you of your tiny little girl Dawn? (I can't remember her name)
-
He is gorgeous.
And he will never lose suction.
No seriously very beautiful.
-

I think you're thinking of Minnie :Luv: Yes, if his ears were a little smaller, he does resemble her :Luv: :Luv:
And he will never lose suction.
 I thought it was a silly name to start with but he really does suit it :Luv2: :Luv2:
-
Well I know people who have called their cat dave.
I think Dyson is a good name.

My kids christened a cat Dave :evillaugh:
-
gosh he's adorable dawn, whats his story ?
unusual to see a red tabby siamese.
gorgeous and shouldnt have probs getting a home for him at all :Luv:
-
He's another from the breeder but he seems as bright as a button. He was caged whilst with her and he was getting totally stressed and crying constantly for attention. I'm sure he won't be here long but he'll have to have the chop first, he's approx 5-6 months but is quite big in the trouser department :-[
-
Aw bless he's a babe....love the name also! :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:
-
He's adorable :Luv:
Cool name too ;D

thank heavens he doesn't have the problems of the others... what a relief! Keep going with that Breeder... looks like your working yur magic? ;) xx
-
I think I'm getting there, slow but sure ;) Another couple of the females have been spayed and one of the males neutered, so it looks like things are finally sinking in :wish:
Dyson is absolutely fine, he's playful, full of energy, a definite mummy's lad and totally scrummy :Luv2: :Luv2:
-
How much is postage to Kent Dawn ?? :evillaugh:
No seriously I WANT HIM  :Luv: :Luv2:
-
I'll fight you for him Michelle :box:
-
don't I've already been there but OH said no, I've been in tears!! we were looking at his photo this morning at breakfast, oh said I should have just got him while he was visiting his mother and he couldn't have done anything about it, I'll know next time
-

Dawn Hun - Just go and get him !
Deal with the OH after :evillaugh:
-
If he said that Dawn he can't really mind - I always know when Mike REALLY means no (luckily it isn't that often).
-
tbh he is so soft he wouldn't say anything but all he did say that he was a bit worried how Oscar would cope with a very outgoing male - he is a quiet boy and a bit underconfident, the girls would all be fine but what he said about Oscar is true and that's why I'm so gutted! He also said the garden wasn't really big enough for 5 as it is catproofed it is a finate space of 40 by 60ft that one I think we could have overcome. He would have loved him, we came up with a couple of names and everything before common sense set in.
-
Common sense is a real bummer isn't it. :(
-

but we all know what you do to get him to change his mind :cccooorrr:

Dyson isn't shy but he's got a fab temperament, he's a cheeky little thing but he adores cuddles and whoever gets him will have a mummy's boy on their hands. If he's here too long, I will find it hard to part with him :sneaky: I've never had much to do with the Siamese breed but he really is something :Luv2: :Luv2:
-
to be honest he has changed his mind about 5 times since! out with the dodgy undies!

What do you mean? :heeee heeee:
-
well I've got two books about siamese and orientals on the way from Amazon that I ordered in haste so when they arrive he might be overcome
-
we came up with a couple of names and everything before common sense set in.
Don't you like the name Dyson
-
we did come up with a few others just in case!!! although oh did say this morning (see we are still talking about him!!!!!) he liked the name but he was keen on biscuit and chivers as well
-
I'm rubbish with names, I've still got some here that are still classed as the feral tortie or similar :shy: One day I'm going to sit down and give them all names, it gets a bit confusing in the vets when I take them in ;) It sounds like hubby may give in if you are both still talking about him ;)
-
Cody's proper name was "chivers no peel" :evillaugh: I thought no way can i call a cat chivers
-
The gorgeous Dyson has been in for the chop today bless him :evillaugh: He cried all the way to the vets and I don't know who was more stressed, him or me :sneaky: Both the vet and vet nurse totally fell in love with him and promised to give him some cuddles whilst he was in there :Luv: :Luv: I can pick him up at 2 o'clock :)
-
Give him a giant cuddle from me when you get him home tonight, little love.
-
Awww hope he's okay when you get him back.
Such a cutie.
-
He's got to have his cuddles from me first ;) I felt awful taking him in, he was fast asleep curled up on the bed this morning, and I had to pick him up and put him in the carrier :'( I'm sure he'll be okay, Carol phoned me this morning to say he'd been done and was sleeping it off, she knew I hated leaving him there :shy: I was pleased with his weight though, he weighed 2.7kg so he's certainly grown since I got him in, I have a feeling he's going to be a big lad :)
-
hope he's bouncing around soon!
-
Ooh he's still available...
Will see what my OH says later, dont hold out too much hope though :shy:

Not as such :shy: I have got a lovely lady who is totally in love with this little man, and we are trying to suss out whether he'd be okay with the long journey :tired: If you are interested in a Siamese, I have got details to another little guy who is approximately 12 weeks old but will need to know what area you are in :-:
Anyway, Dyson is now back home :Luv: When I went to pick him up, he was hiding under the vet bed in the cage, he was not a happy chappy :ahh: He was pleased to come home and legged it straight upstairs to the bedroom :evillaugh:
-
I'm in Swindon, which isnt too far from Wales but i'm afraid I dont drive. I am happy to take the train though :)
What colour's the little fella? Dont suppose you know what his personality is like~?
My 19 year old moggie passed away in October last year, I miss having cats around me, Some friends from work invite me to their house to get a cat fix! :shy:
I'm glad Dyson's got a home lined up :) Hope he feels better soon!
-
From what I can gather he is an Apricot which is the paler version of Dyson. All the cats are extremely loveable, the one's I've had up to now anyway.
-
Here's another pic of the gorgeous Dyson :Luv: :Luv: I had to laugh the other night, he jumped on top of the computer monitor and my eldest son was walking down the stairs, Dyson decided to do a flying leap and landed spread eagled on my son's bare chest

I still want him - hehe :shy:
-
I have totally fallen in love with this little man as well, I wasn't really for the Siamese breed but he really is something else :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2:
-
bless him!!!
-
Aw, he looks like a siamese version of my Amber!
-
In regards to his dealing with your son he could be a ginger ninja :evillaugh:
I've never had a pedigree before but he is a stunning little fella
-
Dawn, he loves to be cuddled against your chest and he puts his paws round your neck, he is so adoreable and stares at you with such an innocent look in his eyes :Luv: :Luv: :Luv: My kids both love him, especially my youngster and he carries him round the house like that, you won't be disappointed with him, he is just :drool; :drool;
-

  that is very apt, he certainly is athletic :evillaugh:
-
He is such a stunner, but seeing him reminds me so much of adorable Pagan. Amazing how a cat can affect you even if you only spend a couple of weeks with them. :'(
-
I want a cuddley Dyson :(
-
After a horrible day, this gorgeous man has just put a smile on my face :Luv: :Luv: He nabbed one of the teats of a bottle and has been running round the kitchen with it in his mouth   He is one crazy little cat and I really could have 10 of him, he is just adoreable :Luv2: :Luv2: :Luv2:
-
are you SURE you shouldn't be keeping him Dawn!!!!
