Title: dissapointed in felix cat food

just opened a tin of felix for the gangs dinner only to find a small bone sticking out the top of it think i shall have to change brands. glad i noticed it as it could have caused some damage no amused at all

Write to them and complain, I am sure they will give you some freebies cos this is probably a production error.

A couple of years ago, I opened a box of felix and there was a rancid smell. One of the pouches was split and the gravy was over other pouches. ther were tiny flies crawling around  :sick: - I rang their customer service and they were very apologetic and said being fresh meat etc etc.....

They asked for my address and sent me a £10 voucher  ;D

I bought a poultry box and opened it to find fish, they sent me £10 of vouchers  ;D

I remember finding a shard of really sharp bone in a co-op foil tray, would have given nasty stomach ache!
