Title: Does anyone deal with google - re annoying searches
Post by: Mark on January 17, 2008, 22:47:44 PM
I did a search on google for "cats protection league" (I know the league bit isn't used thesedays)

At the bottom of the page, it has "searches related to cats protection league. It includes "Derby cats protectio" and others then on the bottom right, it says
KITTENS FOR SALE  >:( - That couldn't be less related if it tried

Nice one Cheesecat - don't use ebay all that much but if they sell cat vomit I might go on it more often - NOT!!!!   :evillaugh: :naughty:

Mary

Agree with what you said Mark - Yahoo and Google are both as bad - but must admit I've never complained as there are probably over 1 million things they would have to change.

I'm going to try that in gmail too to see what, er, comes up  :evillaugh:  Talking of sick , I am sick of the auto-suggestions when you type anything in. On gmail it's quite spooky as it reads the text of your email.
