Well I took Jess to the vets on the way home from work my husband called to say Jess had been sick twice as well, the vets checked him over and were concerned that he had swallowed something and it was stuck, but he is eating and isn't lethargic, (his a lazy cat at the best of times but has been running around chasing milo). He had a dexafort jab and has metronidazole tablets and we have to take him back friday night. His been starved for 24 hours and this morning I tried to give him boiled chicken but his not interested he kept meowing and chasing me for biscuits, I don't know whether I did the right thing but I gave him 20g when I left the house and he started to eat them. I should add there has been no sickness or diarrhoea since yesterday afternoon.
Milo is fine, has a promax syringe to try and settle his tummy a bit.
The vet recommended we keep them seperate today so they are, I'm quite worried about going home and what I might find, and I am so scared.
And to top it all whilst I was at the vet my friend called me to say that she had her cat put to sleep.
Feeling very emotional today (sorry)

It is awful when you feel sick, scared, anxious, tummy churning. I do hope things are ok when you get home and that the crisis has passed safely

Hope the boys are feeling better today

How are they today? Hope all is better

Well Milo's toilets are normal (Hoorah)
Jess has been peeing but no solids (not unusal for him to not go for a couple of day)
Last night they were both begging for food so Milo had boiled chicken and ID, and Jess had half a pouch of felix. Milo has had the same for breaky and a few hills biscuits. Jess has had his JWB biscuits.
I've seperated them again today so I know who is toileting where,
Going to take Jess back tonight at the vets request, and Milo is going to have his vaccinations tonight.
Thanks for asking everyone :Luv2:

I know it;'s hard but try to think positive and not anticipate the worst otherwise you could be stressing yourself and worrying for nothing (says she who stresses at the slightest blip with Dragan)!! Fingers crossed for you

I got home on friday and everything was okay, we went back to the vets and Jess is fine, Milo had his first jabs and was microchipped.
Yesterday we left them for 2 hours on their own and everything seemed fine.
I think this morning though that Jess's cystitiis is back!

Oh no I hope not.
