Title: Now we are losing Amber - RIP Sweet Girl xxx

I really dont know how to cope with this - since Roxy went to the Bridge Amber (our very old little Persian) has been going downhill, we took her to the vets last night and he has found a large tumour on her liver - he has told us that she has only got weeks left and its going to be so hard to say goodbye to another one of my babies.  Please send some positive vibes for my little girl.

Thank you all so much, the vet has said that once she stops eating there wont be a decision to make because she will have made it for us so Im trying to tempt her with nice things to eat, I cried so much last night I made all her fur wet.

How awful, poor Amber and poor you  :hug:  Try and treasure the time you have left with her, I know it's so hard not to be sad and upset around her but try and make her time with you special.  Please give her a gentle head kiss from me  :hug:

Oh no this is so sad... :(  But stay strong and keep your chin up, Amber will be happy reunited with Roxy over the bridge, and together they will be watching over you, never far away.  Both had a wonderful life happy and loved with you, and they are so proud of you... all my positive vibes and  :hug: :hug: :hug: to you and Amber!

Its hard enough going through these situations when they happen now and then,the last thing you want after losing one is losing another so close :'(

So sorry honey and I agree with Des,treasure the time you have with her thats the best gift you can give her and yourselves too because you'll always have the memories :hug:

Thanks for all your kind words - Amber is still with us, I sat up most of the night with her last night and I dont think it will be long before we will have to say goodbye.

Little Amber lost the fight for life and she was PTS last night.  I will post her story on the Rainbow Bridge when I can stop crying xx

Thank you all so much, its a week today that my sweet little Amber went to the Bridge and she sent the most amazing rainbow on Sun afternoon. xxx

Pav - I am okay, thankyou for asking - I feel a bit numb at the moment and very emotional but I know that Amber is in a better place now and will be happily playing with Olly G, Bina and Roxy.

I will post her story on the Rainbow Bridge section at the weekend.
