We let him out this morning, and he came back in after half an hour and now hes currently out again ! Im so proud of him .. We are getting a catflap tomorrow to put on the back door, so we have just left the door open for him to come in and out of does that sound ok ?
-
that sounds fine Betsy, but would not let it go on for more than an hour at a stretch, Several one hour sessions today, then longer tomorrow (if he wants out in the snow!!)
-
At least if he's out in the snow you can follow the pawprints to see where he's gone :evillaugh:
Sounds as if he's enjoying his first adventures into the big wide world!
-
Well done Thomas and Betsy - I bet he is looking forward to his catflap

Yes the catflap will make it alot easier and then he can come and go as he pleases ! We are also thinking of putting a catflap in the shed at the bottom of the garden but should we just leave it to the back door one? ! its all so exciting :)

Thats great ;D
I reckon if you have a flap in back door that should be sufficient. I would start with that any way ;D

Thats good hes behaved himself ;D
Leaving the door open while they get used to things is always a good thing, just incase they need a bolt hole.
