Pagan, my precious boy, have a good Christmas on the Bridge with all my babes. I'm sorry I let you down and I'm sorry I couldn't make you better. I only knew you a short while but Mike and I loved you and feel such failures that we could not help you.
Sleep tight my handsome.

Sorry to hear this Lesley - I lost Conker on Wednesday and he was only six months old and so I know the awful situation when there is nothing that can be done
:RIP: Pagan
-
So sorry Lesley... But you surely didn't fail him, his soul belonged to a better place, and you showered him with love, care and TLC during the short time he was here, that would have made him so so happy.
RIP Pagan and play hearty over the bridge, and watch over your meowmy and let her know you are okay!!

So very sorry Lesley, you showed Pagan love and tenderness and you didnt fail him xx

I read abit Pagan on the original post.. I had no idea he was unwell.... Did i miss a thread...
RIP Pegan

Lesley if it is not too painful - would you like to tell us what happened?
-
So sorry Lesley and Yvonne - sleep peacefully Pagan and Conker

Yvonne, my Vet is 99% sure he had FIP, he went downhill very quickly, was put onto fluids but these made little difference. Although FIP cannot be 100% diagnosed, my Vet said his medical file read as a very good example of an FIP cat. As it takes approx two weeks incubation period, he had it before DD or I even picked him up. :RIP: my Angel boy.

So sorry to hear about Pagan, Lesley,
:RIP: Pagan Nite Nite xx
-
Oh Lesley,
we are so very very sorry, our thoughts and love are with you
xxxx
-
Lesley I'm so sorry to hear about Pagan, poor baby
-
Aww, I am sorry that the vet suspects FIP, had he had contact with yours? You certainly have nothign to feel guilty about, you weren't responsible for him getting FIP, especially not if the vet thinks it happened before you even got him.
-
So sorry to hear this Lesley, I can't believe this has happened and so quick. I know you will have tried everything but some are just not meant to stay with us.
Huge hugs to you and Mike

How sad to loose him so soon
FIP can lie dormant in a cat for years and then come out at a time of stress

Thinking of you, Lesley and sending
