Title: PEbbles - a year on
Post by: Desley (booktigger) on December 18, 2007, 07:43:02 AM
It is a year today since I lost Pebbles, her anniversary is a lot easier than Ginger's, as I know that I let her go, and ended her pain and suffering, and we battled so much last year, that I dont think either of us had any fight left. It certainly hasn't been an easy year though, and the vet admitted a few months ago she would have wanted to do a pm on her to find out exactly what was going on, I wish she had said something at the time, I would have agreed, for the same reason - shows how much of an impact she made on the vet. RIP little one, do send me a sign to show me you are fine.

Sending you a big  Desley.

RIP darling Pebbles, I'm sure you've made loads of friends up on the Bridge, if you can, send a rainbow as a lovely early Christmas gift xxxx

Thinking of you Desley cos the first anniversary is always the hardest

I am sure Pebbles is so busy on the Bridge with all her friends and with her Chrismas arrangements, she will get round to sending you a sign as soon as she can, possibly a snowflake ot two  ;D

Thinking of you Desley - you did everything possible for Pebbles and most of all she was loved - as we know many cats never know this - do hope that she soon sends you a sign.

Thanks, I think that is why her anniversary is so much easier than Ginger's was, we had fought so many illnesses, and I knew it wasn't fair to battle this one, if my vet had asked about a pm at the time I woudl have agreed though, it isn't nice not knowing what is wrong with them, but quality of life is always more important to me than a diagnosis, and my vet thought there was something underlying before I even adopted her, and it certainly wasn't through lack of tests that we couldnt find out
