Another one from the Our Cats board courtesy of Carol at the South Ribble Pet Cat Club. This lass is being fostered short term, but really needs a permanent home fairly soon. The cat in in the Preston (Lancs) area. More details about Rosie on the link below:

Hope something can come this little girl's way...

Aww, she sounds lovely. Can the people caring for her get a picture of her?

Here's a photo of the very beautiful Madam Rosie. From what Carol tells me, she's a real sweetie! :Luv2:

Awww, she's really lovely. I hope she finds somewhere REALLY soon. (Because I really am tempted to find out more about her! ;D)
Reminds me a little (in looks) of Parsley who we lost in February. :( (Parsley had a little ginger smudge between her ears at the front - I've never seen a cat with the same marking before or since.)

Well if you are tempted to find out more JS, I can put you in touch with Carol. ;)

Wish I could afford it, Reynard. But definately keep me updated! She looks such a sweetheart.

GOOD NEWS!!!
Carol thinks that she has traced the owner of this lovely girl.
After a Lost and Found advert in the local paper and flyers all around the area a lady has come forward and described the cat down to the last minute detail, including the collar she was wearing. It appears that they only moved to the area recently and a friend let her out (some friend!!). She has been distraught, and upon being told that the cat was, at the moment, "in a sanctuary" was extremly upset in case she was put to sleep. She has been reassured that nothing could be further from the truth.
Hopefully the two will be reunited tomorrow or Monday at the latest, once the cat has been to the vet as she appears to be a bit snuffly, though hardly surprising, having been out in this awful weather for two weeks.

:Y: :E: :A: :Y: ...... ;D ;D

Aww, that is good news.

Just to finish this off, Rosie is going back home tomorrow evening. :yesss:
Bless her, she had been out for about 2 weeks in the freezing cold and rain etc. The owner is so pleased as the cat was a 3rd birthday present for her little boy who is now 9 and I believe he is so excited about getting his cat back - what a great Christmas present for owner, little boy, and cat.
