That's good news, when our Penny had one the vet said I had to keep it open we (which meant I ) had to bathe with salt water each day, not nice but it did the trick, good luck Mark

Thanks everyone - so it was even less than I expected and no further treatment needed  :)

The VN was lovely - she she kissing and cuddling the cats and whispering to them - Alice was surprisingly good with her  :)

He said if you just pop the skin, there are no nerves so she won't even feel it. He said she didn't even realise he had done anything  :) - I'm sure it is more comfortable now without the pressure  :Luv2:

:yayyy: It was a cyst. He lanced it with a sterile needle and clear stuff came out. He said there is a chance it could fill up again so gave me a fresh sealed lancing needle to do it myself "If I am feeling brave"  :evillaugh: - or otherwise he will do it. I forgot to ask about giving willow her jabs myself. As it was, she really acted up and screamed the house down with a VN holding her and the vet jabbing her  :evillaugh:

I could ask the vet - especially as they aren't too keen on doing home visits. I haven't seen the colour of the vitamin B jab but I sometimes take high potency vitamin B capsules and I am sure I see that colour in the morning  :innocent:

Its really easy to do Mark  ;)
The V12 inj is bright pink  :evillaugh:

They like their bright colours then
B complex is bright yellow  :evillaugh:

Memphis has had a lump under his chin a couple of time. Turned out to be Acne both times .. I'm only just winning an acne battle with him at the moment.

Hope it's nothing serious with Alice

We had this with Jess recently too, turned out to be either acne or an allergic reaction. Hibiscrub and antibiotics cleared it up, hope its just as simple for Alice.

I'm sure it is acne but I have the vet coming tomorrow to do Willow's Laurabolin and B12 so will get him to have a look. It does feel quite pronounced but as it is under her chin, I'm sure it is nothing to be too concerned about.
