Title: Archie ill again

Its just been the most awful day.

After my darling Fluffy died this morning Archie has got blood in his poo again. Have to take him to the vets again.

They are going to do blood tests and I have to take a sample of his poo in

Oh Alison what a terrible day you are having.  Hope it is nothng serious with Archie and the vet can give him something to clear it up quickly  :hug:

Such a sad and worrying day, Alison  :hug:  When is Archie's appointment?  Fingers crossed it's something quickly treatable.

I just can't think of the words Alison - you're having such a rough time. :care: Hope the vets find out what's causing Archies problems and it's easily treated.

Sorry Alison - let's hope it's nothing. I read ages ago that with cats, unlike people, blod in poo is rarely anything serious  :hug:

Just come back from the vets, Archie's temp. is slightly up so he has been given antibiotics.

He also had various blood tests and the poo sample will be sent away

Archie was a little trooper even though Alan did the unmentionable to him  :shocked:

I do hope the tests come up with a verdict of whats going on with the little gorgeous man  :hug: :hug:

I do hope that this is nothing serious with Archie, maybe it was brought on by the stress of Fluffy  :hug: :hug: :hug:

Thanks Gill, I think you are right and it was brought on by Fluffys passing. He was so fond of her, when we got him from the rescue she taught how to wash properly. They used to spend a lot of time playing together

Archie has started his tablets and I must say he is fairly good this morning.

The vet will let me know the test results in the next week or so.
