Hi Everyone, my name is Tina, I live in Blyth, Northumberland with my boyfriend & Split-pin (aka Squirrel) , Pod (aka pod the sod) & Rolo (aka little ginga ninja)
Splitz is 13, had her since she was born at my feet, Pod is 3 1/2 got him from an advert last of the litter, & Rolo adopted us 3yrs ago, a little bag of bones about 6 weeks old &
after advertising thet he may be lost, we found out a drunk had him & yes poor little boy had been kicked about >:( >:( >:( >:(
That you could tell, as his tail was bent, he has always limped & when you pick him up, sometimes feels like ribs have been broke & healed.
Vet says as long as nothing is bothering him , all will be fine...... and i can say he is a brave little man, and runs wild in the house haha....
We used to help out with a cat rescue in Stoke on Trent, but we moved back up north.
Help out meaning ..... up & out till yond time, waiting for puddy's & their kittens going to the traps for their food.
And time & patience, it all worked out well.
Im goin to have a read about the forum now ....

Hi Tina - welcome to Purrs to you and your fab feline family :welcome:
I have to say they're a rather gorgeous little crew you have there - Rolo is very handsome (and he has a smiley face), while Pod indeed has an inscrutable stare and Squirrel has a wonderful air of insoucient charm. ;D
Glad you posted piccies. We like piccies. ;)
Hope you enjoy the forum Tina. It gets quite addictive. Dunno what I used to do with my life before Purrs :evillaugh:

Yeah, i can see its addictive :briggin:
Wondering if its a good thing or bad thing LOL.... (will i end up with anymore babies :Luv2: )
I have always had a soft spot for puddys, and have always helped, loved & lost them.
We have had a rescue bullie, but he was pts a few years back, bless him, and he was great with my 3 cats.
But then i had splitpins mother a long haired grey tabby (she ruled the roost) She sadly pased away in my arms.
And our big girl Rosie (Rosetta) who was a long haired tortie & white. She was pts as she had a blood problem & the vets couldnt do anything else to save her.
Rosie was born on a boat and there with her brother, i called him Jim (Rosie n Jim) The mother had abandoned them, very tiny n cold, i took them home,
i mothered them back to naughtyness :naughty:
And splitpin was the youngest at the time.
Then Pod n Rolo come to join us.
So ya can guess the peckin order in this house LOL (Mick would tell ya, especially when the cats wont move, so he can get into bed LOL)

  Know just what you mean about sharing the bed!
It's normally me who has to sleep like a contortionist, as OH refuses to compromise, but lo and behold, the other night I awoke to find Paddy snuggled in next to his Dad - his favouritest spot in all the world ever, and a liberty he's not normally allowed. (but Paddy doesn't have long left bless him, so he gets to take the odd liberty or three now - with me he just takes them all of the time. :) )

My 3 always end up snuggled on the bed, splitz shares my pillow 8) but if i disturb her, she lets me know about it...
Can i just say, that i can offer to help for transport runs or maybe home checks. If thats ok, then pm me & i will give you my details,

there is something special about little ninga.
He is very vocal in his own little way, never heard a cat squeek as much as he does when you talk to him & rub his belly :Luv2: even his meow's dont come out right.
And also he found & adopted us on my birthday :Luv:
