The dreamies were a big hit, i have no idea why they bother with a re-sealable packet though, i suspect that wont be needed!

You are both right but beware cos the small print says the cheapest counts as the third!

I dont know if Tescoes are taking this literally but last night I split my cat food so all felix came in one payment and gourmet came in a second cos was worried that the gourmet would be given free against the more expensive Felix.

The teller asked would I like it all to be charged together although I had seperated by dividers and I said no.
I didn't realise that you could buy a mixture of different items so when I went today so I got 3 bags of dreamies normal price £1.40 each and 3 bottles of kitten milk normal price 65p each and paid in one transaction, having read this post I have just checked my receipt at did get the full £2.05 discount, I thought they might have given me two lots of the cheaper cat milk as my free items but fortunately not.

I have been to Tesco's today and pretty much all the pet food/accessories are on 3 for 2, including Dreamies :Luv2:

I'll have to see if the car will start!
Bought a few boxes normal price on sunday and was given a money off coupon to spend next time if I spent over £90 - could be on to a double discount!!!!

I think you're right tiggerman - just had a look online and looks like ALL pet food is on '3 for 2'.

A 48 pack of Whiskas or Felix is £13.25 so works out to £2.20 a box.

Purina 1 £13.75 each so 3 for £27.50

Catsan litter large sack £8.55 so 3 for £17.10
