So, a Panther stalks across Rainbow Bridge, proud and sleek.  Run free, beautiful one.

Run Free Panther and find yourself a  nice spot in one of the Rainbow Bridge cottages, on the sill looking through the leaded windows to the play fields beyond.

He was the stable cat where I used to keep my horses, I left there 6 years ago but kept in touch to see how he was. He used to sleep in my car when I was there and I used to buy all his feed as the owner thought he should live on mice! >:( Once I left the other girls there used to buy his food. I hadn't seen him for about 18 months and a friend messaged me said he was quite old and frail now and could I take him home for the winter. I couldn't as already got 3 cats at home. I went to visit him last week, took a box of whiskas and surprisingly he looked well, still big and chunky and he purred and remembered me! I gave him 2 pks which he wolfed down. he was in a shed with a bed in the corner, it was quite cosy. I arranged to go back and see him soon but sadly found out yesterday he was ill on tuesday and the owner took him to the vet who thought he may have pneumonia and advised he be pts. He was about 18. Although I am sure they could have tried him on antibiotics to see if it would help? So RIP Panther, big chunky black stable cat you will be missed but now reunited with you stable cat chums at the Bridge, Andy, Chippy, and Andre xx :Luv:
