Well its your first bridge birthday today my little Ivan and oh how you are missed only here for a fleeting moment but what an impact you left, your brother the Boris is now a hulking 5kgs and I think he shares part of all of you from you my darling he gets his snuggling from you and Mum Baku is slowly taming down

You also have a newbie in Baby Aria to show the ropes and am sure you Egor and Georgia will hold her paw and she was even younger than you when the bridge called

So loved and missed everyday by us all here at the Clan darling Ivan of the Clan cats

I am so very sorry. To share a life for however long is something very special and Ivan will be forever in your heart where he belongs. Each one lost just makes your heart grow bigger x

Thanking you all for your sentiments have never been so glad to be woken at 4am when OH left for the airport to say I have 3 babies clinging to the front of the cage to say bye bye to their Daddy who is off to Houston

Oh Liz, how cruel life can be. Ivan had it all to live for but it was not to be.

He leaves so many joyful and happy memories behind.

Liz, I hope you can take his spirit forward with you tonight. RIP little guy, you were so well loved and will be sorely missed. xx

It is with tears rolling down my face I write this

Baby Ivan my cuddle monster died in my arms this morning aged 6 weeks and 4 days

We rushed him to the vet but sadly nothing could be done and he died in my arms this morning

In his short life he has left me wonderful memories and the knowledge that taking him and his siblings in with a feral Mum was the right thing to do

He was first to climb the pen bars, first to purr for me, first to master the grit box and solid food

October 1 to 11 November 2012

So godspeed my darling cuddle monster you leave a gaping hole in my heart but safe in the knowledge that you were loved and wanted and join a very special section of Clan cats who will show you the ropes at the Bridge today and look out for you forever xx
