Just been on the Purrs birthday thread which will be published on 14 Nov and played the music which is so much for you as it will always remind me of you as it is from the Olympic opening ceremony.

We were so happy then and little did we know that the end of the Olympics would also mean that you were passing to the Bridge.

I hope you are young and happy again with Napoleon and Misa, Sasa and Lupin all miss you as I do.

Right this minute the sun is out and I can see you lying on your bed on the sofa in the bedroom in the sun, may it always shine on you

Im so sorry Shiela just told me about poor Ducha
theres nothing i can say or do Im afraid, he was a brave old man 19..wow.
Im still so shocked though to hear this, I feel for you so much right now

If you need anything just give me a shout, Im not that far away that i cant get to you somehow you know.
Ducha was a beautifull boy and he loved you so much, you did everything you could to give him the best life ever, those pics are beautifull gill

so so sorry, really if i could take away your pain i would
Rest easy now Ducha and look after your mum xxx

Just reading this now Gill - so sorry to hear about Ducha! He is one of the cats I remember from when I was on here much more a few years ago - him and Franta - I always loved their names.

I went out in the garden between showers and think I saw one of the last swallows looking for its mates. Very early this year Ducha but it was quite warm.

I am so very sorry Gill.
Losing one who shared you life for so long is so, so very hard.
He will come to you in your dreams and leave pawprints in your heart paddling the pain away.
He was ready Gill. He stayed as long as he could.
