I grow it in the winter months, but I find in summer they prefer couch grass, the coarser the better

though of course it reappears almost immediately they have swallowed it, usually with a furry accompaniment

I grow it for my lot.  They all love it.  We constantly have a number of tubs for them to chomp at around the house.

Oooh I'll watch this thread too.  I was thinking of getting some as Samson loves chewing my flowers (I've checked they're not poisonous but have moved them out of his way anyway)

I was in the supermarket and I saw packets of "cat grass" - supposidly it helps digestion for indoor cats. Just wondering, has anyone tried it? is it any good?.

Thanks in advance
