Those friends from Catchat may remember that I mentioned this at that time.  Patrick Bonello has a petition where he wants to get 1,000,000 signatures  to try and stop the slaughter of whales by Japan, Iceland, Norway and the Faroe Islands. Japan and Iceland use the excuse of  scientific whaling which is a cover for a return to commercial whaling.  The slaughter of these creatures is a barbaric practice.  The International Whaling Commission does not stop them but it is hoped that will take notice of a world wide petition.  So far there are 280,000 signatures.

Please help and add yours to it and also tell friends.  I have emailed about contacts regarding this.
