Hi Everyone   :wow:

I have just joined this forum, after buying my first ever kitten. His name is Oscar and he is almost 12 weeks old now. He has been an absolute delight and I love him to bits.

I did so much research before homing my kitten, but I have joined the forum in the hope that I can continue to learn as much about cats as possible as I begin this journey with my little furry friend  :shy:

Kittens are wonderful aren't they?  Every now and then you get a glimpse of the adult cat they'll become and its fascinating to watch them grow and mature.  What does Oscar look like, and what are his favourite things to do?   ;D

Hi Fiona and Oscar, welcome to Purrs!   :)  Oscar looks adorable!  :Luv2:  Have you been owned by cats before, or is Oscar your first furbaby?

Oscar is my first ever kitten, he adopted me only a couple of weeks ago  :)

He is a ginger cutie, already he has so much purr-sonality and cheekiness. He loves chasing his toys, running up and down the stairs like a madman, and he has taken to regularly falling asleep on my shoulders. He is a cutie and I feel honoured to have him with me.

There are a few of us on here partial to a little gingersnap, Fiona - better keep him close at hand - people have been known to make off witht hem in their capacious handbags....  ;) :evillaugh:

He sounds adorable.   :)  Am sure he feels the same way about you.
