Sian phoned me about Missy - I am going to take her to RB with Gizzy & her babies (time for me to order bat baskets that can be seat belted!  ;D
Sian will keep an eye on her today and I will take her today if need be.

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

We seem to be going through a bad patch lately...........

I can well believe that, I have been doing this job for over 16 years and can never remember such a bad time. The £6000000 a year Cats Protection is spending on neutering/spaying does not seem to make a difference, However, what would it be like if that amount was not spent? Then again one cannot imagine it could get any worse.

We have had abit of a weekend this way.. Our elderly Milo had to be taken to the emergency vets last night,, we thought we were going to loose him... He is much better today, but gave us a scare.

Kittens with no mum around reported to us Sat night, only a few days old...

Feral senior puss we were reported to by a lovely lady, after anotehr rescue couldnt help.. Puss was in a bad way and unfortunately nothing could be done.

Missy and our 5 kittens have upset tummy and mum is abit under the weather.

Might not seem alot but taken around 20 phone calls on each one to sort out and involved several trips to vets... We seem to be going through a bad patch lately...........

Cannot save the world, but if everyone does something we can have a jolly good job trying too....
