Freddie, a 2.5 year old black short haired male has been missing from his home in Old Harlow, Essex, since the evening of Tuesday 7th August. Please can you keep a look out for him. He has no collar but is micro-chipped. Any information on his whereabouts would be welcomed. His details have been registered with all the vets in Harlow. Please help us get him home. Thanks.

Just to let you all know we found Freddie on Friday night. He had found his way to a local restaurant and had been trying to get in! Back home now, but desperate to go out again. I can't stress enough the help of putting posters through peoples doors etc. Without the responses from local people we wouldn't have found him. If your cat is missing, please put up as many posters as possible. Best of luck.

clearly he prefers the cuisine at the restaurant   Try keeping him in for a few days so he remembers where he lives ...

Excellent news so pleased he is back home.
I totally agree about the posters .... I always say when you think you have put enough out ... go out again and put more out ;)
