It was reported by Press Association yesterday that Poppy, a black Patterdale terrior cross, microchipped to the Barton family of Park Road Bristol was found wandering the streets of Toulouse, France. DogLost have been unable to trace her owners and as she is an old girl she will be pts in 3 weeks time if she cannot be found a home.
Does anyone in Bristol have any information?

The poor baby .... I've seen this on facebook. I really hope her owners are found or she can find a new home :(

Poor Poppy. Her story is on lots of forums and news pages so hopefully someone somewhere will know something or know someone in France who can foster Poppy for a while.
It says the owners can't be found, but isn't it possible they're still on holiday and looking for Poppy? Although I guess they'd have been in touch with the rescue organisations there if that was the case :(

According to the Bristol Evening Post Poppy is now being fostered in France

That's good news!

Even better news. A member of the Barton family still in UK saw the story in the Sun and contacted Doglost. Her father [Poppy's owner] lives in France and they are hoping for a reunion soon
