Just had this email

We would just like to say thank you! Dolly, now renamed Milly, is responding well and now has us round her little paw! She has settled in well with us and has started to relax now, except when she is having a mad moment chasing her toys and chewing our toes and fingers.  She still finds noises a mystery such as the Grandfather clock and the washing machine!

We have sent you a photo of her with Rob last night, they seem to be smitten with each other!

All the best

I think she is going to be just fine :)

Give her lots of gentle hugs from me T, this little girls new family are out there I am sure. xxxx

:(Are Tabasco's mummy and daddy going to take any of your other residents as a friend for him T?

They will be coming to choose a playmate for him when he has settled again.

Sorry to hear that but it does sound like a sensible decision.  Perhaps Tabasco could have one of Paws Inns newer arrivals as his companion?  They could be boisterous together.

I hope DollyDoodle finds the right quiet place soon.  I have a feeling she will.

 :( Poor Dolly Doodle.

At least she'll get the good care she needs while she waits. Good on Tabasco's new parents on seeing that she was not going to be happy. You and I both know T how hard a decision that is to make.

I wish I could take her.   I need to have a discussion with Lexy  :-: (I can see how that conversation will end but have to try!)

Hugs to the little one T xx

with a face like that, it will be hard work telling the unsuitables that they can not have her. She is such a darling and deserves to be a spoilt only pet in a mature household.

The return of Dolly Doodle
« Reply #1 on: August 19, 2007, 11:21:19 AM »
Sadly Dolly Doodle had to come back to us last night, the home was wonderful but Dolly was not happy with the over boisterous Tabasco who refused to leave the poor girl alone. She has put on much needed weight and seems happy to enjoy relaxing to classical fm in her pen.. I think this little one has endured too much aggravation in her short life and needs a very tranquil home.
