This Museum™ Selection geometric brooch was very kindly donated to Paws Inn for fundraising so it's probably not new but you’d never know because it comes in its original box. Looking at it I thought it was stainless steel or chrome (its the flash on my photo that makes it appear yellowish) but it would seem from my Google search that its actually silver. http://www.museumselection.co.uk/cubist-cat-silver-brooch-prod8447/ According to the website its based on an original piece from the period and the angles reflect the influence of Cubism on the Art Deco movement. So now you know.
