It is in brand new condition having been out of the box for around 30 minutes in total (inside), my boys got as far as sniffing it and Riley poked his head in but that was it! As they don't go outside when I'm not in I decided that it would be better for someone who could make use of it to have it AND the added bonus is that Paws Inn gets the dosh!
