My heart has just about returned to normal - that was nerve wracking stuff, but looks like I got 2 wins. (Both for my darling girls). was getting really nervous towards the end as I was convinced I'd lose out at the last minute as the two I won were hard fought over.

I'd only watched the auction in previous years, and this was the first time I'd actually taken part, but can't wait for next years!!

well done Purrs team for all your hard work.

I think I may need to break in to the kids emergency food fund but hopefully we have got some things for their Daddy for Baku so it feels like home

Also I think if we got everything the Boris wanted we will have one happy little kitten and lots of grumpy adults

That was great! I was very restrained this year but I got the lovely broach I fell in love with, and a couple of other goodies.

Plus, I'm over the moon with how much A Streetcat Named Bob made!

I find the search a bit hit and miss, sometimes it brings up nothing, other times hundreds of posts with that word in!

My PACA tip from the top is to be on the auction page then press Ctrl + F, then type your word in the box and bingo

It only works on words in the title though so you have to try and remember how it was described!

I think of the auction as the Gateway to Christmas, Tan. Everything begins with the auction - my Christmas shopping, my Christmas cards, my tree decorations, my festive spirit.

Without the auction, I sort of stumbled into Christmas but now, well, this IS where it's at!
