I'm very wary of zooplus cat trees since mine snapped in two (I am still using it - still snapped in two!).  I think Kalven are good and solidly built - what I will buy next I think.

I have a tesco cat tree, it's not the best and its not good when you have two cats running up and down it like mad cats. It falls over lol

We get most of ours from Zooplus and they have some heavy cat abuse with our 53 most last several years but we bought some sisal and rewrapped the legs and got more mileage from them

Another vote for Kalven trees here  ;D Mine have lasted 12/13 years and counting, although I did splash out on a new one last year. Joe and Gwynnie helped me build it (Not! lol  :evillaugh: ) You can just see the old one in the pic, the sisal looking a bit worse for wear, but nothing wrong with the tree itself.

I have had a big zooplus one for 5 years but all the sisal is coming off now. I think they are quite expensive for what they are and got mine in a sale.

You might want to have a quick mooch thru this thread Lau.  We also have a Kalven.  Not cheap but definitely solid
