I think it's pretty good - if you were going to order anyway Purrs get 5% for doing nothing. Every little helps and lots of us place large orders from zooplus as we get all our cat food/litter from there.

The zooplus link at the bottom of the page doesn't appear to be working at the moment. I've just tried to go to zooplus via the link and it couldn't load the page. I can get into zooplus fine by going directly to their website so it's not the site that's down. I need to order some stuff and would obviously rather do it via the link so that Purrs gets some dosh. Will try again this evening.

My litter gets bubble wrap on top but the tins rattle around loose

Iv only had one order missing an item and they emailed me a £2 coupon, it was only worth 50p

If the boxes were made up with two layers of tape id be happier and if the tins didnt have so many dents in them. Sigh. things you put up with to get cheap food

Ha till the other thread about ripped boxes my (about 9) deliverys had always turned up in excellent condition but the last one had split, been repaired with tape and was 3 cartons of bozita short, but customer service is great and my shortfall has been covered

Placed an order, got half of it and should get the other half on Saturday.

Which I'm paying an extra £12 for.

I have got to teach the cats to answer the door and sign for packages!

Update: Zooplus have very kindly offered to refund me £12 for the extra cost of delivery!

Which means in future I'll be sending all parcels to his work address.

I have never ordered from Zooplus but I am going to start.

Only 1 question though,does it work the same if your order is a mix of dog and cat food or does it all have to be cat food only?

Just to note the Clan Cats eat 10 tine of wet food - Sunday to Friday and on a Saturday eat 50 sachets of wet food as a treat and 2.5 kgs of biscuits and that just the cats the dogs food gets topped up when the bowls are empty or when Sky has picked up the bowl and tipped the food everywhere - his party trick is then to bring the empty bowl and drop it on your foot!
