Clapton got a bad infestation in the heatwave last august - it was horrific. He got a temperature from it. It was then I realised how important keeping up with the treatments is. I'm still not sure if this contributed to his CRF  :(

I can believe that T, I tend to use STronghold a couple of times a year to give a break from Frontline - vet did think I was odd for it, but I think that it is better to alternate personally.
Please spay your cat

Was discussing Frontline with my vet last week and his opinion was that fleas and lice are beginning to build up a resistance.

My mum had the rodent control people round today as her cat keeps bringing in mice. The man said the council are hiring in private firms as there are so many that thir own offices can't deal with it . He also said there is a flea epidemic this year. They are in Essex but I would guess this applies to everywhere.

Why is it some cats attracted fleas like magnets attract iron filings?  I have just given my lot their evening comb and Foxy (aka Fatty .... aka Fleabag) had 3 "friends"  >:(  They are all frontlined regularly but some reason if there is a flea within  a ½ mile radius it manages to move in on Foxy.   In 6 years I think I have only ever found 2 or 3 fleas in total on Zephyr.  Hay ho ... guess what I'm doing this evening .... spraying the entire house.
