I have three sets of four rechargeable batteries as that is what the other canon I use takes. One set is almost dud, but I keep getting mixed up which ones. But that doesn't matter as I have the other two sets. But it can be annoying if the spare set I take out is the dud ones. I must take a proper note of which ones they are and ditch them. Thanks for the info.

Er, yes and yes.  ;D Tip. Invest in rechargeable batteries, it takes 4 AA.
That light and the flash are getting these pics of the flying Hoolies  :rofl: Impossible without them both.

Andrew that extra light thing. Does it screw onto the camera via the tripod hole. Does it come with the plate to screw it onto the camera. It looks like a brilliant piece of equipment. I find my cottage is very dark and most photos come up blurred or grainy . If it's brilliant sunshine in the windows I can get better photos.At night the photos are very poor. Though I must say with the new camera it does take better indoor photos. Glad to see Astrophe in top form again after vet visit. Sorry if all the questions are answered in the weblink you posted. Just looked, and thought I must have that.

I have nothing else to do except photograph the Hoolies  ;D

Lighting is very important I have an external LED light units that I use along with the flash, oh and a very good camera. Ask the CCL's, I think three lovely ladies have bought the same camera.

Zoonie fits in with the black and white  pictures. Astro really sorting out that bear in video. I must see if I can make the toy Zoonie plays with in video into a circle. Mine is S shaped and seeing yours I think a circle would be more fun for mine to play with.
