It's just laziness well carried out..... >:(

All he had to do was drive approx 70 miles (I would have taken the lions share of the driving) but no too much like hard work for such apathetic people

Drives me mad ;) :P

So sad that they will not rehome the cats to someone who is ready to take them cos they may not find another who will take all 3 or even one!

Do these people have someone else in mind for these cats? If not, how can they turn down the offer of a home for three cats, despite the distance!  :shocked:

It's not like it's the other side of the world, some people!  >:(

What a shame!  :(

Sorry it's all fallen through for these ones.  The babes for you are out there somewhere and if I should get anymore in here, I will let you know.  The latest two will be staying here I think, if they make it :wish:

Kosca

I am really sorry it didn't work out for you with the furbabes you had set your hearts on.  :hug: Never fear, there's always kitties needing your services.  :sneaky:

If Leslie at Eight lives left hasn't got any puds to tempt you, please, please call Ron at Lost Cats Brighton. Team Canterbury went to see him last week and he is up to the gills with really gorgeous and needy cats. I fill in love with a really unusual and friendly puss called Frankie. He's big and shaggy and if you part his jet black fur, his undercoat is white like a kind of sable. I've never seen anything like that before!  :wow: :Luv2: :Luv2:

Finally got a reply from the woman I was adopting Tiger, Simba and Sheba from;

Apparently HER PARENTS in thier infinate wisdom have decided that rehoming the cats to me is too much of a journey for them (a 130 mile trip which my previous cats have done with no problem). They have decided that THEY will rehome the cats (does this girl have her own mind?).

Whats so annoying is from what insights i've gained from speaking to them is that they won't have the cats best interest at heart (a common problem i'm sure you'll all agree)  and that the 'Journey' is too much for her father  ;).

Still, what can I do now except write them off as yet another bunch of halfwits? (sorry gotta have a bit of a rant, i'm really  :censored: off!)

Gotta keep looking........
