It is for people to review rescues after they have adopted from them. If you contact them they can give you vouchers to put into homing packs offering anyone reviewing your rescue a chance to win a years supply of food.
A little scary but bad reviews would be just as useful as good reviews. So far HCR has had a few excellent ones (why is there no smiley for smug face? :)
