Thanks for signing! I've now cross posted onto a few other forums and some members of other forums have cross posted again so hopefully we'll get loads of signatures

It breaks my heart to think of animals being put to sleep because the owners cannot afford the vets bills because of the huge amount of VAT added to them

I wonder if vets would be willing to put posters up?

It makes no odds to them as they don't gain from VAT. If anything it would give them more business as would make treatment more affordable. Also I would imagine it would save them a lot of paperwork.

We could always start our own. Perhaps more than on petition on the same subject might also make them stop and think. We could then cross-post to other sites that have an interest in pet bills like ponyclubs, dogs and suchlike ... we're all in the same boat so a strong lobby might help

Only just over a 1000 and we could have increased that

I dont know how many signatures it takes for anyone to do anything but know the one about a travel tax on roads was into the 100s of thousands maybe millions.
